In nearly 20 years as a business consultant, I have been in charge of approx. 50 major consulting projects. In addition, I also provided numerous smaller projects, studies and coachings, of less than one month. By doing so, I have practically come across all industries, all business fields and all management challenges. Apart from the consulting projects in Germany, which are 40 percent of my consultancy activity, I have successfully managed consulting projects in 12 other countries (on 5 continents).
